PARTNERSHIP WITH DANCE TRENDS FOUNDATION
Dance Trends Foundation is a local non profit organization that provides people with disabilities the opportunity to dance. Inspired by Rachel McNulty, who has Cerebral Palsy, and founded by Yusimi Cruz, the Foundation has formed a partnership with Midtown Ballroom. Through this partnership, quality dance lessons are available to energetic people with disabilities at the ballroom studio.
Dance Trends Foundation offers free dance lessons to those in wheelchairs on Thursdays 1:00 pm, and all other disabilities on Mondays at 4:00 pm. For more information and to confirm the time, please contact Midtown Ballroom at (704) 579-6000.

DROP IN GROUP CLASSES
No appointment is necessary for our drop-in adult group classes. Just stop by and start learning a new dance. Each Tuesday and Thursday evening, Midtown Ballroom will teach a different style of dance - from Foxtrot, to West Coast Swing, to Salsa. Each month the dances taught will change. Drop-in group classes are only $10/class. Bring your friends and have a blast in a friendly and comfortable environment. Visit our event calendar for dates, times and dance style.
PROGRESSIVE GROUP CLASSES
Keep checking our calendar for our Progressive Dance Classes. This series of classes will focus on two dance styles. Each class builds on the previous lesson so students become progressively more advanced. Registration is required for the Progressive classes.
PRIVATE GROUP DANCE CLASS
Customized for your group, a private dance lesson is perfect for any occasion. Bring your friends or colleagues and we’ll supply the professional instructor, a beautiful studio, and the wine and cheese. You could do a Latin Rumba and Cha Cha class. Maybe a social dance like the Swing, Hustle, Salsa, or a line dance is more your style. Or, a ballroom class that rotates through Foxtrot, Tango and the Waltz. You choose the date and time and we’ll customize a dance lesson that meets your needs.
